Return Policy


We have a 7 -day return policy, which means you have 7 days after your item has been delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the refund will be processed once McLean Studios has received the returned piece in a condition which can be resold.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is: defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any issues with your product, please photograph it and email us at: lornemclean.com/contact with images attached.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or damaged goods.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, then we will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
